Lexchange is a private entity, established in 2012 by Chris Moll (Executive Director). The organization is registered in The Hague, The Legal Capital of The World.
Lexchange is about anti-corruption, international (regulatory) governance and reform. Delivering consultancy services to enhance the level of transparency, accountability and inclusiveness, both in the public and private domain. Making the world ‘a slightly better place’. Contributing to sound, effective anti-corruption and (regulatory) governance frameworks enabling sound conduct of governments and business.
Programme and Project deliveries are supportive of international acknowledged principles and standards of Anti-corruption, Good and Open Governance, Responsible Business Conduct and -last but not least- the Sustainable Development Goals.
The services of Lexchange rersonate well with the targets of Goal 16 (‘Promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies’), such as: substantially reduce corruption and bribery in all their form; develop effective, accountable and transparent institutions at all levels; (and) ensure responsive, inclusive, participatory and representative decision-making at all levels (SDG 16.5, 16.6 and 16.7).
